免拆发动机治理烧发动机油的方法是:加热清洗剂,与此同时活塞小幅度左右活动,使清洗剂能够深入渗 透到活塞环处实行清洗。出现烧发动机油的原因是:当发动机工作一定时间后,活塞环径宽度会降低,弹力减弱,开口间隙变大,那么就会影响到间隙的发动机油添加,活塞上行时发动机油则被挂进燃烧室,与混合气一块燃烧,那么就会出现烧发动机油现象。车辆出现烧发动机油现象,会使车辆氧传感器过快损坏,影响到燃烧室的积碳添加、怠速不稳、加速无力、耗油升高、尾气排放超标等不好后果,严重会影响到发动机润滑不足,使发动机引起难以修 复的损坏甚报废,引起修理成本大幅上升甚事故隐患。

通过气缸壁进入燃烧室,主要的因素如下:

1、活塞与缸筒的间隙过大。

2、活塞环对口。

2、曲轴箱强制通风阀故障造成进气管真空把机油抽入进气道。

气门导管渗漏机油主要是气门油封老化,或者润滑不好,造成的气门导管异常磨损。解决方法就是更换气门油封或者气门导管。预防的方法同样是选用优良的机油。

曲轴箱通风系统失效造成真空直接把油气吸入进气道参与燃烧。解决的方法只有更换曲轴箱通风系统。
